We are all trying to cope with today's demands with all our strength and we have been helped a lot by the whole world, who are working with marathon efforts and we have succeeded and we have reached where we have reached.

In this context, I don't forget where we started from. We started a small team with a few people and we've made it and we've gotten to a point that's pretty good, where we are now, we're not at the top but we're definitely a force to be reckoned with and respected.

I want to express my optimism that the company's course is not based so much on the technical and financial data, nor on its 40-year history. It relies more on its human resources, which is constantly enriched with new people who are consistent and hardworking. In our effort, all the people always help, especially the small team that started the company. The name "Xorotexniki" does not symbolize a person or a group of people but a large family.

I would like to finish my speech by saying that all the executives of the company try to transfer our experience and knowledge to all the people, not only for the benefit of the company but also for their own benefit and their own personal development.
